1) Co-Star’s current version is R19 and R19.1.   Our updates are sent to our Co-Star maintenance customers by a detailed email that explains how to load the update. 

2)      Our software is supported as follows:

a)      Contact support@keynetinc.com or rmahoney@keynetinc.com

b)      KeyNet reviews all customer requests individually as a matter of business.

c)      KeyNet will respond by email and schedule a call or web meeting as requested.   

d)      Support services are provided primarily by KeyNet with outside support by AndPlus/Ensono, as needed.  

e)      AndPlus/Ensono has over 12 years supporting KeyNet and provides an additional layer of support and code review with our topflight support team.

3)      All Co-Star modules are certified on Windows 11 including Windows Updates.  KeyNet has not received requests for assistance regarding Windows11 as W11 did not typically affect software applications. 

4)      KeyNet restricts downloads to invitation or requests, only   We offer updates as requested to make sure that our customers are protected from viruses

5)      KeyNet no longer charges our Co-Star maintenance customers with hourly telephone technical support for Co-Star configuration questions.
